We we have received a letter for a patent violation on the Jebao pumps and their design. Everyone at this time in the US has been ordered to cease and desist all sales and orders on the Jebao pumps including the import into the US.

LOL... This is a joke right?? China is pretty much immune to US and European patent laws as far as I am aware. I know the US was trying to work with China on better cooperation between our countries with regards to those issues but I don't think anything has changed as of yet. Maybe I am wrong though.

Not that I really care....I'd actually prefer them to not be sold and undermine others hard work for patents and innovation. I just don't think stopping US distributors from selling them will stop them from entering the country.

I traced the original text to a us distributor, I think you are right.

Tunze USA is based in Texas, but Tunze headquarters is in Germany.
