Wrasse ID? Experts needed!

I'm reposting this for the OP, because I'll lose sleep if I don't find out what this is. Originally posted in the Leopard Wrasse thread, see that thread for more comments and pictures. Caught in Africa... super male looks different. Any guesses?

I might add that the pic doesn't do its colour justice.
Its green is bright - kawasaki green !
