It is a leopard wrasse. A little hard to tell species from the pictures and size but I'm going to guess Macropharyngodon ornatus judging by the facial markings.
He swims to much but he is out and about and hasn't dived into the sand yet and was snicking at small pieces of brine in less then an hour of coming in.
He is def Macropharyngodon ornatus an ornate leopard wrasse. Debating if I want to take it on in my tank...I know I have the room but I was wanting a different leopard wrasse like the potters or the commons...only like the females though
