I have a labouti wrasse in timeout in a 10"*6"*6" acclimation box. How long do you think I can keep him in there?

LFS keeps them in little cups and I've seen them for up to a week, but need to keep an eye on it for sure.

That's true. I never thought about that. I know he's getting flow in there because he's about 8" from on of my returns. He also has some pvc pipe in there as well for him to hide

You shouldnt really need to keep it I there for more than a few days, if your just trying to let it and the other fish used to each other. If its an aggression issue no amount of time will eliminate that.

A little update. The first day I put the labouti in the acclamation box, he was stressed but after the 2nd day, he was much calmer. I left him in there for 6 days until my hooded wrasse was able to get comfortable in the DT.

Did the Labouti eat while in the box?

Not the first evening. He was trying to get the food outside the box but yet there was food in the box. The 2nd day he was eating food I put in the box.
