Wrong Ballast?

Hi. I ordered 4 ballast from Todd at Cherry Corals for my new Profilux controller to dimm my T5's. The ballast are QTI 2x28/54 DIM. Looking on the ballast, it looks to me that the ballast are for 240v applications. I made a call to Todd to specifically inquire if the ballast were 120v before I ordered them and he assured me they were. I'm unable to get ahold of him at the moment. Do I have over $400 worth of ballast that I can't use??? (I live in U.S.)

EEK, sorry to hear that happened. Hope you can reach them to resolve.

The only options left other than that would be if you can not get a refund would be to use a 110V to 220V inverter. There are many on the market.

Since they can run at 80 Hz, could I run a dedicated 240v circuit just to power them?

I hate to think that I was mislead just to liquidate inventory that was no longer carried......like I said, I made a call prior to ordering to specifically make sure they were 120v.

I would recommend this yes to run a 220V line this is a very good idea and opens up all sorts of new concepts for you too

I spoke to Todd and he thought they were 110v, but I sent him a picture and he's checking. He said not to worry that he'd take care of me. Great customer service!
