Wrong skimmer pump

I just opened the box of my Reef Octopus 1000-SSS protein skimmer to find a European plug on the pump. Upon closer inspection I noticed a hand written sticker on the box that simply says 220V. I'm hoping a no hassle quick exchange is in order. This pump is completely useless in this country. :angryfire: Sorry, but I've had nothing but bad luck and delays in getting this aquarium up and running.

Sorry for the issues with this, it sounds like it was put in a 110v box, but hand written over by Octopus with the 220v. I believe we got the correct pump out to you yesterday and it should be arriving today. Let us know if we can do anything else to help.
