Wrought Iron Butterfly Temp recommendation

Hi all,
Most people kept it at 74 degrees. I read Scott Michael state fine up to 77 degrees. Wondering if anyone here kept it higher than 74 degrees long term? Spoke with Live Aquaria and they kept it at 78 degrees. Thanks for your input

I have kept mine at 72-74 for over 2 years. I would not suggest any higher than 76

Thanks for the reply! Since it's fall, my tank is around 74 degrees but may need to invest in a chiller before summer comes. It goes up to 78 degrees with fans blowing over the sump 24/7 and thermostat for central air also set at 78.

Yeah 78 is too high. If you are going to drop the $ for the fish, get the chiller to make the environment right long term.
