found this swimming in my tank? any idea what it is and should i remove it?

and also, i bought a 2-3 inch turbo snail. its pretty big and its been pooping out crazy stuff looking like little pellets, and i have been seeing a bunch of pellets on the sand, kinda hard to clean them, should i just let them dissolve?

Britleworm larvae swim, I've only seen them at night and they were way too fast to get a good look at, just a guess but its the only free swimming worm that I've ever had

It's called an Epitoke. A swimming stage of certain polychaete worms for sexual reproduction.

You should try to use the macro function on your camera in the future. Its good for taking close up shots like those. (its the little flower button on your camera.)

Looks like a bristle worm to me.
