WTB 40gal breeder

I just moved back up to LI, and I'm looking to get back into the hobby. This looks like a great club you having going here.

I've decided on a 40gal breeder. That will fit all of the equipment I held onto and I love the dimensions. If anybody has one they would like to sell or know of where I could get a good deal on one on the Island, let me know. Thanks

pet land discounts is the cheapest store on LI for tanks. i had to buy a new one recently for a tank leak. cost me 85.00 from pet land.

Petland is your friend when it comes to tanks. Absolutely the lowest prices anywhere.

Last week Aquarium Adventure in Carle Place sold it for $40 ($1 a gallon sale)
Might want to check if the sale is still in effect.

I was actually there last night b/c I saw that ad. The sale ended on Monday and the guy I spoke to said that he couldn't give me a deal on the 40, but he had a 37 he could sell me at a good price. It was too tall for a reef, though. It sounds like their next big sale like that won't be for a couple of months. oh well.....

I was at Petco in Baldwin today buying bird food. I saw a 40 breeder there, but I didn't see a price.

I have a new 40 breeder I never used. You can have it for 50.00, I believe I paid 80.00 for it.

Bird food, dog food, even fish food at times at Petco. I don't think I've ever bought a living animal there.

I bought one today at Petland for 75. I guess Petland really is THE place for tanks around here. FYI, Petco (and everywhere else) was 99.

you buy new tanks because of leaks?!...damn here we juts silicone those babies up.... :X if you have any spare tanks with leaks i'd be more than willing to take em off your hands lol
