WTMRAC Frag Swap 2012

I have my finalized schedule, so I will not be able to attend the frag swap. I coach 2 soccer games that Saturday morning and I just found out today that we have team photos taken at 1pm that day.

Those that can go will see a wide variety of corals. It is a nice event you will want to check out. Take some photos to share with those of us that can't make it.

Doors open for DISPLAYING VENDORS and SPONSORS only:


Set-Up Times:
Friday Sept 21st: Noon to 5PM Central Time. Doors locked at 5PM per the AgriCenter Contract.

Saturday Sept 22nd (Day of Show): 8AM

The Show opens to the public at 10AM and runs till 4PM.


Knock down immediately thereafter. Doors locked at 7PM; no exceptions per the landlord: The AgriCenter.

Kindly Note:

In the spirit fair dealing and on behalf of our Members attending the Show, NO BUSINESS should be transacted (at the Agricenter) between the vendors PRIOR to the Frag Swap opening at 10AM. Anyone choosing to violate this condition may be sanctioned from future Frag Swaps. (Exceptions will include any previous arrangements posted on Reef Central, which are encouraged.)

It is open to the public.
Just in - Jason Fox will have a booth this year. If you don't know him, he has the craziest colored chalices, acans, and SPS you'll ever see. Don't miss it. This year's frag swap will be awesome!
Dr. Ron Shimek is the guest speaker.
Lots of awesome raffle prizes!
