xenia for trade, westbury

It was sold to me as xenia but i think it looks more like anthellia or something. whatever it is, it spreads fast.
Anyone want some? I have to get rid of it.

It doesnt really pulse, which is why i didnt think it was xenia. When the pumps are off, it will do one 'finger' at a time, but not all at once, if that makes any sense.

the piece you'll get is about 3x3" and i'd like to trade for some zoos. i take whatever morphotypes i dont already have.

unfortunately, this stuff died in my last tank because it was not in an airconditioned room and the tank was really small. The temperature fluxuations were enough to kill it... at least i thought it was dead. 6 months or so after it melted away from the heat, i move everything to a new system. another 6 months go by and it has grown back to 5x as much as i had!!! zombie xenia, back from the dead. who wants some?!! :lol:

well..... i wanted to get something for it but i suppose i could give you a bit of it for free. I'm already giving my buddy a piece of it too. i see you have herping in your sig... maybe we could figure something out for the whole piece. do you have any breeding PDFs? have any cool plants? broms?

Actually lost my PDF's over the past few months. Not sure why but hectic schedule between school and family had a lot to do with it. Plan on picking it up again at the White Plains show. Have you checked out dendroboard ? As for plants, I have a [profanity] of Java moss and pothos but I doubt you want any of that.

BTW it looks like clove polyps and not Xenia. I just took another look at it. BTW what color is the center? green or purple?

the color is the same everywhere on it.
