Yellow Polyps

I got some yellow colony polyps about two weeks ago and within a day they seemed fine. Open and Happy. In the last three days they have all closed and really look bad,dying. I've tested and done water changes and all is good. All my other animals are fine..Mushrooms, Anemones, ect. But these are looking bad. Any thoughts. I even lowered the temp a little to about 77.

Did you acclimate them properly to light. meaning starting them all the way in the bottom then gradually moving them up as time passes? to prevent light shock.

yes, I did exactlt that. I put them on the bottom, then moved them up a little cause they looked so strong. When they started looking bad, I moved them back and I can't think of anything else to do....

I've heard that they're so hardy, but I can't see it cause evrything else is fine. They had much light on it at the LFS. It looked great. I just don't get it.

I had some and I tried moving all over the tank and they ended up wilting away. I have a bunch of other Zoas that are doing great. It was weird.

I've always thought of them as weeds. Most folks that i know that have/had them grew like weeds and were hard to get off once on your main rocks.
