yellow watchman goby/firefish compatibility

I have 55 fowlr. I have two clowns and one yellow watchman goby. Can I put a firefish in with the clowns and YWG? I have read that gobies shouldn't go together but I wasn't sure about different kinds.
The clowns and YWG have been in the tank for ~6 months.

I have a lot of places for them to hide, but the goby likes to swim around everywhere, so I was worried that he might not get along with the firefish.

Thanks.

Well the fire fish is not technically a goby is it? I think it is a dartfish. I would not worry about the YWG but depending on where the firefish decides to choose his home the clowns might pick on him. I know my female clown pics on mine but their houses are right next to each other.

I'm going to add him tomorrow probably. I'll post how it goes, but I'm sure it will be alright.

Hopefully the clowns won't attack him b/c I don't want to have to try and catch the fish with a net.

THanks for the advice.

Hi! I've got a purple firefish with a yellow watchman...they're actually the only two fish in my 37 gallon. So far so good. The firefish is actually really timid.

Firefish generally do in other firefish, otherwise nonaggressive. YWG is all bluster, rarely a bite except with another yellow watchman.
