Looks awesome, Have been thinking for awhile now on my next tank want these dimensions, so will be following it closely.

Beautiful tank! It's going to look amazing once all the "sticks" grow in!

Did you set up the float switch in the overflow? I have been wanting to set up something similar, but I'm not sure how to go about it. It seems like all the floats out there are pretty large. Would mind explaining how you did it? Maybe post any pics you might have?

really like your rock work, nice job on the whole set up!
Thanks

Na i never put the float switch in the overflow. Actually i used it in the sump to turn of my skimmer. I found that when i have a power outage my sump fills about 6" above its normal depth. Obviously this was anticipated and room was left for this extra water but what was not considered was that when the power comes back on with all this extra water my skimmer starts overflowing so now my float switch will keep my skimmer turned off until the water volume has reached the right depth and my skimmer is turned back on.

I have yet to build my water change station as other projects keep coming up so as of today my tank has had zero water changes. And with only a fire shrimp for cuc i think its doing pretty well.

I feed 1 packet of instance ocean marine blend gel food.
I received a pack for free with an order to Dr foster and smiths and my fish loved it and i loved how easy it was to use. Did some surfing and found it on sale on a website for 4.50 a pack. Bought out there entire stock and so far all my fish are fat and happy.

I have had a few issues with my reefkeeper 2 keeping my dose pumps on so i have pumped in 2 gallons of BRS calcium in 1 month. Thankfully the pump that doses my alk never had this problem. Current parameters are calcium 550 alk 8.6. I'm dosing 50ml of BRS recipe 1 alk solution a day to try and even out my chemistry.

As of today i have not lost any livestock and everything seems pretty happy.

Awesome, love the rock work, what did you use to hold it together on that arch in the front left or is that one piece?

tank looks really good. The rock work is awesome and the lighting brings out the color. Im in your ERAU math class and sent you a request. Maybe I can use a little of your rock building expertise in my new tank that I will be building mid next year.

nice rockwork! can't wait to see the tank in a few months when the frags start to grow in.
I havent much growth yet but hopefully everything will settle in and sprout wings soon.
sweet build dude, i love the dimensons, depth is overrated in tanks nowadays
if i had the room i would have gone with 48x48
