Yesterday Was The Big Day

We made the switch from the old tank to the new one yesterday. I dreaded the effort involved so this thread is all about thanks.

Thank you, Stephen (Ocean Connection) for your expertise and muscle. I never could have done the plumbing, let alone the lifting. You make it look so easy that it's obvious you have done this many, many times.

Thank you, Kat (SuperKat). You had no agenda other than helping out another reefer. You are one cool lady. It was pretty evident that you've done this before too.

For the next few days I'll be adding sand, setting up the RKL and making a cover. Once all those things are done, I'll take some pictures.

Always good to have some "NICE" people around-we all run into the other side enough in our daily lives. The reef community whether it be here in the urs or world wide seem to be a different breed. I once stopped on busy rt 81 to p/u a wounded kitten before I got back to my car I was on this guys hood-he had one of those jesus in a dash board figurines(that was a close one).Kittens name is Rambo. All the people on these boards seem to be extra caring and in some cases books should not be judged by their covers.

I'm sure your BP is down now and that monkey is now off your back and on your floor! Good luck in the build and yes PIX!!

sorry sweetie! i have been under a lot of stress lately, and i just saw this. YOU ARE SOOOOOOOOOOOO VERY WELCOME. And seriously, if anyone ever needs a hand...i will be glad to assist.
