I've returned things a week later because I didn't like what the piece looked like in my tank.
He understands sometimes it's hard during a bright day to see the exact colors on the corals. I actually ended spending more money on my return of the coral for full credit.
He takes excellant pictures that aren't geeked, has 100% satisfaction by his customers on ebay & I don't have to meet him at the Home Depot parking lot to pick up my corals.
That's the kind of vendor I want to do business with. I might add that Dan at Salty Critter has done some of the many same things for me & more.
Btw, the coral Eric got is multi-branched & well over an inch.
The picture I have posted above is a Tyree LE coral & I believe they are all one in the same. An Aussie coral or new maricultured deepwater stock that vendors are getting in now.
