A not so LFS was having a storewide sale. Woke up @ 6 to get there @ 7 for the doors to open @ 8 & I was 17th guy on line. I was very impressed by her appetite & size 3-3.5":inlove:

I'm glad this worked out, as I'm the type that likes to sleep in when I can, but I knew I'd wonder all day long if I had a shot to get her.
 
killer fish and a terrific size...
but 17th on line?? lol, apparently our influence is not bad enough...:lmao::lmao:

Baby chaetodontoplus of some sort? Looks adorable regardless..
 
I wanted to attend that store wide sale. I'm out in PA today taking care of some things. I would have grabbed that as well. Good luck

My original scribbled jumped & as weird as it may sound to some of you, I never really got over it. She had a wonderful personality & was an overall pleasure.

I found out about this one by chance.
Humble: 225
I survived the rush:lol2: I was expecting a bigger crowd & maybe some drama, but the line was managed & no one got hurt, haha... a larger turn out for fresh water vs. salt which made it easier for me.

I want to get her eating nori soon.

You might buy fish way above 2k just to keep up !!! I got influences To buy a interruptus even though its not really my thing.lol

Even stablished fish crazy guy like Wayne got invited!!!
 
I hope you have a couch I can sleep on after I buy a $2k fish ...:lol:

Nori is rubberbanded to a rock & she approches it but won't eat it. When my hermit crabs go after it, it'll taer aprt & she eats it that way... lol - I'll take that for now. Knock on wood, she's eaten everything I've put in so far. I'll be nervous for a while. my lfs has a perfectly plump, small rock beauty I'm thinking about adding the RB or possibly a potters or a multibar.

The multibar is from indo-pacific & not available for me to see eat & carries no guarantee after delivery. Even though the potters might be as difficult, I'd have the benefit of better collection techniques & seeing it eat.
I'm just kicking around those ideas, but nothing is off the table.

It was eating at the store took it home prazipro in acclimation took a bite there then loss its appetite so another round of praZipro so now praying that it gets the appetite back .

I have a 6 inch scribble in QT. i got the fish from a LFS here in jersey. The scribble is in QT with prazipro. it is eating like a pig. It has a voracious appetite.


Builtr have you considered trying a fresh clam or mussel? This usually works for fish that stop eating.

I'm sorry she's not eating. Hopefully she'll bounce back asap! My little one is eating often - I'm feeding it many times a day & trying to get her adjusted. Still a little skittish. I got her eating nori too so things appear on the right track. I really hope your scribbled gets eating.

I tried today I still have some large frozen clams
No go but will continue to try tomorrow
