Your chance to sell me... 6000's or 6100's

I have a 225 (72L-24W-30H)-it will have SPS and clams (among many other things) other threads suggest the TS24.

15X flow would be 3375 GPH; 20X flow would be 4500 GPH so.....

I was looking at options:

A. The Turbelle 6080 (cost $184.77 X 2 = $369.54), flow 4,490 GPH, non adjustable no bells and whistles just great flow.

B Multi controller with 2 6000's ( single controller $54.66, Y adapter $31.08, 2- 6000's @ @240.70 = $567.14) flow 3,698 GPH all the bells and whistles

C. TS-24 (782.77) 6,340 GPH flow all the bells and whistles.

6,340 GPH FLOW??? Wouldn't that cause my tank to look like a washing machine that Tim "the tool man" Taylor would build? I know you can throttle them back but it still seems like overkill. I will have some other flow for my sump/fuge.

I had considered building a closed loop system but the thing is everybody seems to swear by your product and the folks over on the big tank forum also say the Turbelle streams are the only way to fly. Save your money and buy them-you can either buy them now or buy them later but in the end you will buy them. I don't want to buy the wrong ones but I also don't want to buy a pump and turn it down so much it is the equivilant to the smaller pump.

So here's your chance....Sell me on why the TS-24 is the way to go. I am a newbie, I don't have all the info I need to set up my tank yet but when I do I want to make as few stupid mistakes as possible.

I would get the TS24. The analogy I always use is imagine if your garden hose was 2" instead of 3/4" the large diameter of the outlet reduces the pressure and the flow is just right. Your tank is deep and I think you will be able to alternately run them on full power and if you have a wait anyway consider just waiting for the 7095 controller which will have a new program where one pump idles at low power and the other pulses and then they switch off.
