Haha Tom I was telling a buddy about 6 months ago I would build a 4' x 4' x 24" cube.
Then I remembered how much work it is.
I think Dale has one IIRC ?

Yes Dale has a very nice setup, does everything old school. Does not have all the high tech gadgets. But sure does work for him since his tank speaks for itself.

I am just busting Dale up a bit, I would sure love to see his system on day!
I hear nice things about it.

The idea came from seeing Wes in Elk Groves tank (VERY NICE) and had the mind thinking a bit for a 4'x4'x24 tank.

4x4x24??? That would be nice. Still adjusting to this 3x3x25 I just put together. Taking my time building rock structures before I start posting pics of the beast.

Currently...
3x3x25" All Starphire Eurobraced Cube
Lumenmark III Extra Large Reflector With 400 Watt Radium
4x39 Watt Geissemann(spelling??) T5 actinics
2 - 1" Seaswirls 1 coming from sump and one on a closed loop using a Gen X 1400 GPH External pump.
2 WP 40's and 2 WP 25's and still kicking myself in the rear for putting in the sand bed. Should have just stuck more sand in the fuge/cryptic
System tied to me 200 Gallon frag system in Fish room (garage but fishroom sounds better 8)

Will post pics soon. End game is to have SPS dominant with a little of everything else..
