Your experience with Pink Lemonade

It seems to be one of those corals that can get stunted in growth for whatever reason, but once it starts to take off it grows pretty well.

This is also a colony grown from a frag of Darryl's (whose pink lemonade is bar far the biggest and nicest I've seen in person). Mine is about the size of a baseball now excluding the base, really picking up speed growth wise. My favorite coral in my tank if I had to pick just one.

2.5 years of growth from a 2" single branch frag. Grown about 25" from 400w Radiums, high flow, tank is 19" high. I wish i had placed it closer to the light

That is sweet... I don't know if I should be more impressed by the PL or the monster echinata behind it! What is the coral that is in the background, near what looks like a red planet? SSC?

Thank you :) Ironically, that is raspberry lemonade

Ya, it's still up for now. The corals have been raided a bit. At this point I've sold off all my LPS, most my zoa and maybe 1/4 of my SPS. The tank still looks pretty full though at this point, I had soooo much coral. Selling off my coral has been bitter sweet, the guys who are getting it are taking their time too. I dont complain cause I still like to see my tank but I'm starting to really slack on the maintenance.

I can take it all out of your hands within an hour if you get bored with them :) haha

There are some awesome colonies in this thread.

I need to get a good pic of mine. It's only a little bigger than the size of a baseball and has branched sort of weird, but I witnessed it spawning a few weeks back. It was after what is normally lights out, but I was finishing up taking some photos, so I had a little light on still. Right after I put away my camera I looked up to see it shooting a few clouds into the water column. Just like that it was over. First time I have witnessed this out of any of my SPS.
