I tried calling today (ALL DAY) and all I get is a recording, "No one is available to take your call" then it hangs up on you!

That is terrible support! Or have you gone out of business??? I am wondering because I placed an order with one of your suppliers on the 7th of July and still have not received the product. Your supplier says they sent you the order on the 7th. Here it is the 20th and I can't get anyone on the phone at your facilities, the supplier told me to call you directly. It is making me wonder if I made a mistake in ordering the Aqua Controller III Pro. It is alot of money for something that will not get support???

I am fuming right now, wondering if I got ripped off by your company??? Any type of response would be appreciated? I have emailed both:

When i ordered there pH probe I put down to include the calibration fluid in the order and they forgot. I emailed them and the next day they sent me the fluid for free. This was about two weeks ago.

So I get a series of emails where they claim their power must have gone out while on vacation and reset the phone to not take messages, and fried their server so that they had no record of my order on the 7th through their supplier. He even says the fact that their fax is not working is the least of their problems because the server is fried. (Yes I even faxed the NS to try ever avenue to find out why I was not reciving my order.)

I decided to retract my order and go witht another company. I really don't like excuses when I am dealing with a company. I like excellent customer support, any time, all year, and stuff shipped when it is ordered. If I had known they were closed all this month, I would not have ordered from them, that tells me this is a really small company.

Hey that is just me.

I am sure the product is great, but I decided to go with a similar product made by a different company.
