Its always nice to get freebies thrown into an order from LiveAquria.... well almost always. Just noticed one of the three peppermints I added last week has a bopyrid isopod on it. My inclination is to do nothing. It can't infect the other two shrimp (no intermediate host) and if I tried to remove it, I'd have to first catch the dang peppermint among the rockwork and probably kill something else while catching it. Then I'd probably kill the peppermint trying to save it.
So will it eventually live out it's life cycle and fall off.... live for ever... what?
