This is my first tank jurnal on forums. Was not very active in Reef central before. So I though of introducing myself through my system( I actually have 2 systems maybe will do another journal later)
170g DT
40g sump
PRS autozeovit reactor+corronte flow meter. With 1.5l zeolite media
BK DC 200+RD3 skimmer
Red dragon 100w return..pushing ~1400gph
Kh guardian for alk conteol(love this tester)
GHL controller
Float based OTA
Activated Carbon passive in sump
No filter socks just disposable filter pads that I change every 3 days. I got tired of cleaning socks
6 MP40 vortechs quiet drive
3 hydra 52 HD+T5 combo
Full zeovit method and dosing
This system is around 1.5 years old
System run natural sea level parameters~(6.7dkh, 390ca, 1250 mag, 400 K+, 35ppt salinity and 72-74 degree temp)
Running ULNS 0.08ppm po4 and 0.25ppm no3..
Sps dominate with exception of trachys and scolys.
I like learning, trying new things and experimenting ALOT on my poor systems.
I also like helping people as much ad I can and never shy away from giving feedback if I can add value...
Will try to post as much as I can, progress, methods and thoughts as they come along...
One thing you will see off the bat, I suck at taking picturwa5..these are all phone pics.
