I have frequently read here to use 3 drops of Lugols per gallon of I/O water to dip zoas. On the bottle of Lugols itself , it says add 30(or 40) drops per gallon.... So, given such a wide variance , I am a little perplexed and confused. Anyone have a comment. What is the proper dose???????
