Zoa poisening

Little bit stressed right now tried changing my tank around handled the zoas quiet a bit moving stuff round for least an hour whats the chances of getting poisened?? Didnt realize they were so dangerous if handled.

You should be ok. Palytoxin poisoning has been blown way out of proportion over the years IMO. You probably have a better chance of getting into a horrible car accident on the way to the LFS than you do getting poisoned. You can always take precautions though. Just get yourself some Nitrile/Latex gloves and some protective eye wear and you should be set.
