zoas bleaching just changed lights t5s 3 blue one day,all parms fine to much light? is this why?oh yeah all 4 at once 4x 54w 48" what do you guys think light shock

should have changed 1 or 2 at a time every couple weeks. Gives the coral time to adapt to the new stronger ligthing. The old lights probably lost spectrum, now with the new light with strong new specturm, you've shocked it.

+1 that's gotta be what is is. Cut your photoperiod down and slowly raise it back up. You might even want to go lights off for a day before you start to give them a bit of a break.

Or put eggcrate ( a couple layers ) take a layer off after every 7 days.
