I was wondering ??I have a 90 gallon tank,Iam running 2 400 watt 20k xms and 2 6100 tunzes on a aquasurf.How much light and how much flow??Thanks Ryan

are u asking how much light and flow should u have?

rule of thumb I've always went by is 1 watt of light per gallon of water total system. flow wise I think u are good. do you have any supplemental lighting like t5 or VHO actinics or PC's?

watts per gallon is a poor way to measure your light, and even if it wasnt, 1 watt per gallon isnt really enough no matter how you slice it IMO.

It sounds as though you are set for both light and flow and should be good to go for whatever you want to do. More flow is always good assuming you can do it in such a way that it is more volume and not just velocity

What I was asking is,do they like a lot of light and should be toward the top ,and do they like a lot of flow on them. Thanks Ryan

i think its more of a feel-it-out type thing. mine are at the top of my tank but i have a ten with 72W of PC lighting. Pretty sure if i put mine at the top of a tank like yours with your setup they would fry. it also varies on what kind of zoas you have, where you got them from, and lots of other stuff. some like less light than others. start them low, maybe shaded and slowly work them up to where you want them and where they do well.
good luck.
