1 of my 6 gorgonians is not looking good

Hi,

All my sea fans was/are perfect.

Recently, my ribbons sea fan stopped to show his polyps.

I thought it must molt. Slowly, algae spots began to appear on coral. (As happens when a gorgonians is molting).

I'm starting to worry because it is now 7 days the problem persists.

Should i do something ?

Dip, change place etc ?

My parameter are good and all my softies, LPS, SPS are thriving.

My ventalina gorgonian closed up for a little more than 2 weeks...during that time I just kept cleaning it of algae and feeding coral food until it came out again. Must have been shedding or just taking a break. Yours is probably shedding as well, just keep watching it and make sure no tissue is receding.
