Yes ted mine ar fine together. Pair is awsome. What fish is that lying in accim box? Btw not for anything biy aquarium village by me in li also has a Collins nice looking but not eating. Looks at it but wants something else. I would try live brine. Or live pods. The frozen food just doesn't look right to them for now. The basabei Flys I have also same deal at first. These deep water pain in the butts
this is how she looked when I got her home and during acclimation..
this is not something anybody wants to see, unless it is a trig, lol...
Did she make it through the night?
she is still here...not sure if she is eating...still a long way to go...
Ted,
Congrats on the lil butterfly. That's a great looking little fish. I haven't seen small ones in many years.
Hopeful for your Colini coming around. I have noticed that smaller angels like that are twitchy when in holding cubes at the wholesaler and also when in a new environment. They tend to find a 'spot' and stay close to that twitching a little bit. As they get more comfortable and start exploring the twitching seems to go away.
My experience with the large angels is twitching is a bad sign (and for most fish for that matter). But I think with the small angels the twitching is not a problem.
Looking forward to positive updates on her![]()

I can't remember if she is by herself or in a tank with a few others that will show her how to eat if you will
Amazing how tough they are sometimes, hope she starts eating for you soon.
