130 X 36 x 36 inbound...any suggestions?

hey btw, over the years I have noticed more aggression in my tanks during the fall months, not sure why this occurs but it does...anybody else experience something similar??

this is how she looked when I got her home and during acclimation..
this is not something anybody wants to see, unless it is a trig, lol...

Yes ted mine ar fine together. Pair is awsome. What fish is that lying in accim box? Btw not for anything biy aquarium village by me in li also has a Collins nice looking but not eating. Looks at it but wants something else. I would try live brine. Or live pods. The frozen food just doesn't look right to them for now. The basabei Flys I have also same deal at first. Pretty jealous of those flies, btw.

Thx. They had a close call!! Never seen fish act so poorly to copper and get covered in ich so quickly and badly. And now I realize to keep them long term they will need to be in a separate subtropical tank running near 70 degrees. They will not mix with the reef. Get apair of roa excelsia and make a nice deep water 150 gallon cube!!! Big chiller

Ted,

Congrats on the lil butterfly. That's a great looking little fish. I haven't seen small ones in many years.

Hopeful for your Colini coming around. I have noticed that smaller angels like that are twitchy when in holding cubes at the wholesaler and also when in a new environment. They tend to find a 'spot' and stay close to that twitching a little bit. As they get more comfortable and start exploring the twitching seems to go away.

My experience with the large angels is twitching is a bad sign (and for most fish for that matter). But I think with the small angels the twitching is not a problem.

Looking forward to positive updates on her :)

Thanks Dave..
I am hoping the jerky movement I saw was her picking off the rear glass, I just couldn't be sure...
She is a tough fish, I am really surprised she is still here.

I can't remember if she is by herself or in a tank with a few others that will show her how to eat if you will

she is with the baby conspic, wrought iron, 2 scribbleds, 2 candy basslets...
she has seen the others eat...lol, I was just telling a buddy how I saw 1 of the candys take a mouthful of food right to the colins face, and how I hope that rubs off..
I agree, that can be a game changer...one of my regrets with the pep is I wish I had had another fish or 2 in the tank with her, so se could see them eating...

this month's edition with the killer angel article...
I just wish I could read it...bummer they don't sell a translated version...
