130 X 36 x 36 inbound...any suggestions?

I moved the crosshatch pair, a venustus, and 2 jocs last night...
moved the shy venustus and a joc down to my parent's...

the 125 has the flameback pair and joc that is heading to Karen.

great news btw, the permits came thru and will hopefully be shipping this Mon or Tues!!
need to post this in Karen's breeding thread...

thanks...the cortez has been with me for years...from a tiny 1 inch...was a great cleaner as a baby- there are pics in here of here as a tiny lil thing...my last sohal and emp did not like her and picked on her, they grew up together...an interesting thing occurred after the emp started to pick on her- her coloration reverted a bit back to juvi...I have pics of her looking more adult like than she does today...cant find any documentation of this occurring...but she will always remain with me...it is my hope she will be the head of the tank and mature as she should....

Very interesting! I noticed a bit more gold on her than the adults I've seen in the past. I've always loved the Asfur angel, but I'm not sure I've seen a juv. Have any experience with those? Sorry I always ask questions.. lol

Out of curiosity, why'd you go with Fish Frenzy minus the garlic?

I stopped using garlic years ago when I read a few papers that suggested it could lead to liver issues...so, I avoid it and Larry is kind enough to omit it from the chunky blend recipe he makes for me...

yeah, she had lost some of the thin gold stripes and gained the kind of wide gold and beige band on her body but once her buddy the emp turned on her she changed...she and the emp grew up together, the cortez taught the emp to clean fish but as soon as the emp changed to adult coloration, which occurred almost overnight, she pushed around the cortez...this was not totally unexpected behavior...btw, the cortez was probably 2 inches larger than the emp which really bothered the emp I think...anyway, felt bad for the coretz and have held on to her and can't part with her...she is not nearly as beautiful as many other angels but I am incredibly attached to her and she is here to stay...

here is a baby pic of the cortez cleaning my very large gh trigger...

the beast she was cleaning...about 13 inches tip to tip...

emp with slight change...

cortez on the left looking adult like...emp on right changing...

looking kind of like she does today...

Wow just those pictures show clear differences in the cortez.. That's an amazing pic of her cleaning as well. When I was younger I was the same way with a large sohal my dad had.. surprisingly was ok with other tangs except for a Hippo we ended up removing. I wouldn't allow him to sell her lol. Thanks for the pictures!

that is an older pic..had 17 different triggers including both blacks, in the tank when it was first running.......it was killer looking but tough to work on tank..
lol, never had rhinecanthus abyssus.....

I was showing my wife pictures of your tank and the 600g in the other thread, and she mentioned that I could do something that size in ours. I take that as verbal consent to plan a very large FOWLR (definitely an all-trigger tank) in the not-so-distant future.

So, yeah, thanks to you both. :)
