14k or 20K?

Well yesterday,i was floating my new shrimp i had bought and when i was taking him out of the bag my light fell in the water and completely exploded, luckily nothing happened to my fish nor my coral. So im on my route of buying a new light(metal halide)

and im trynna choose either between 14k or 20k.
itll be really helpful if you guys can post pics of both, thatll be great.

im a fan of 14k, the 20k was too blue, and it doesnt seem to have the penetrating power of 14k.

I would go with the 14k, a good balance and I agree with BrokeColoReefer 20k's are too blue.

soo 14k it iss, ill be ordering them today....hopefully it comes in quick cause i dont want my coral siting without lights for a long time..andy suggestions?

I am a big fan of the 20K Radiums (( I use the 250 watt SE version )), I would never call them too blue, and the growth I get with them (( and the XM 20Ks )) is great.

I like the florescence of 20k radiums as well. If I was running MH, that's what I'd use.
