150g stocking

I have an established 150 plus sump and refugium, been operating for 18 mths with LR much older from previous systems. I have a good few years of marine experience.

Im changing the setup to fowlr, something ive never done before, and im looking for a evaluation of my plans.

current occupants staying:
1x regal angel
1x melanaurus/hoevans wrasse
1x cleaner wrasse

ive had all of these for a minimum of 12 mths and are all very settled.

Planned (in order of preference):

1x misbar regal angel (to pair if possible)
1x ribbon eel (i know, impossible right? But a well trusted dealer here has had two for several weeks, is feeding them well and i will only take if eating frozen heartily)
1x butterfly, 1st choice c.marginalis, 2nd thread fin, 3rd c. rostratus. OR dwarf angel, golden, potters, mutibanded
1x puffer/trigger, non aggressive.

overstocked i feel. but i can live without puffer/trigger. maybe replace with fu man chu lion or just omit.

Is this a 150 tall? Do you want a toby or a big puffer? Yes, I think this would be better in the FO section.

5x2x2. Looking at panda/dogface

I think you would be fine with 2 regals, a dogface, a ribbon eel and the 2 wrasses. I dont know much about butterflys though but if it is one of the bigger ones I would skip it or another larger fish.
