180 gallon plumbing - starting from scratch

Hello everyone! Great news, I have finally purchased my 180 and I thought I should ask the experts for advice before I start on the plumbing.

All of my previous tanks were plumbed when I purchased them, this is the first one I have bought where I'm starting from scratch. Endless possibilities.

Needless to say, I need some help and would very much appreciate your advice.

I don't find bulkheads particularly exciting, but here are pics anyway.
