heck no, bro! I like sand!

here we go again...

SSB > BB :D

And still, Maximus>t-bone:p

1000lbs sand for display and 400lbs more in my 2ng fuge, sand is great to me . i don't see any problems with sands, oops just answer my own questions :D

Sang- Do you have any problems with the rocks straight on the crystal?

Another vote for sand. Well, maybe. At least for this moment.

this is the most OT build thread i've seen  but great tank tbone

For the cords, I'm going to be making some small magnet clips to keep ours tucked into the black silicone corners. I'll let you know how it goes.

Run now while you still can! Unsubscribe now or your email will be flooded with OT chatter! They do keep it somewhat entertaining and every once in a while you will actually see a tank photo! :mixed:

LOL, yes, very off-topic, but I don't mind ;) Thanks for the kind words. I'm still excited to see your up!! I'm very curious to see WZHANG's tank, too :) I should have known that you would come up with a solution to the magnet clips. Please share your experiences with me! :)

That would take some computer knowledge and effort on my part! I work from home so it provides a bit of entertainment to me during the day to see what you crazy boy's are up to now!

I'm actually worried of starting my own build thread as who knows what could happen to it! I have a new acrylic tank sitting in the garage in its crate right now!

Also, since it's a hobby dominated by males, I'm not sure if you will let me contribute to your crazyness ... being a female and all! I'm all for DSB's, German Reef Equipment and yes, I love fast cars too! Can I play now???

NO need to worry. We *promise* not to T-bone your thread :D You've spilled the beans about the new tank, so it's quite obvious that a build thread needs to start now! :) And yes, we love to play ;)

I'll start the thread when I have something to show first! A big tank in the crate would be boring! I have to coordinate some help from friends since I don't do electric or plumbing! I'll let you know when I start the thread!

Also, thanks for letting me play!

No problems at all. The Elos bottom is over built. My Leemar tank was set up the same way. Never had a problem with it.
