GSM, that's a sweet pic. I bought a baby rose anemone in my last tank, and I ended up with 9 of them when I sold it. Is their a secret to getting the tips to "bubble"? Mine were extended most of the time, and I don't like how they look that way

There is no secret, its just what they decide to do i think, I have a clone from that anemone in my tank that is only 3 inches across and it has long tentacles. this one just found a new spot that is right under a 250w Ushio 20k and decided to bubble???

For me, I noticed that when they are still small, they tend to bubble more often than when they grow.

Yeah, over my past 10+ years, I have had over 200 roses (that's not a typo). There is no rhyme or reason why one rbta has bulbs and the other doesn't. I could never figure it out.
