180g w/ two pairs

Just had a thought and newbie question.

Is a 180g 72" big enough to keep two pairs of clowns? I already have a pair of tomatoes, but just thinking of another pair of tomatoes or perculas? If I can get the anemones to settle, I could possibly keep them out of site.

I tried this once in a 48" 110 w/ a maroon and perculas. One day, my H. magnifica decided to move and made the perculas visible to the maroon. Apparently, the maroon went postal because I never saw the perculas again. My bad.

yes a 180 is big enough but Tomatoes shouldn't be one of the two pairs........try ocellaris and skunks........the other complexes don't tolerate other pairs much at all

I tried a pair of ocellaris and skunks in my 180, each had their own H. magnifica on opposite sides of the tank. Everything was fine for a few months but once my pair of ocellaris started breeding, the skunks came over to investigate and there were problems. I had to remove the female skunk but couldn't catch the male. It was something about the spawning that caused the female skunk to try to take over the ocellaris anemone. Maybe she sensed that the occ was in a weakened condition but it caused the occ to stop in the middle of laying her eggs and try to defend the anemone.
