2 New Yumas and some pics

Took some pics of the Yuma's I picked up last night.

I got this guy at the Frag swap back in october, opens up real nice now and has good extention...still have no clue what it is though, any ideas?

And an FTS of the new 30...thank you Kim for the rock, they are great.

Thats all for now, I will get the camera back out soon though.

FYI -- The second picture down is an oddball corallimorph from Florida.

Actually, after looking at it some more ... I see the yuma in it -- perhaps just a baby orange (which turns blue in captivity).

The adult that the second one came from is a Yuma for sure, it was pink purple and blue.

I always thought fungia on the 3rd pic, could never get a good pic of it though. Should it be placed in the sand then?

glad you like it..looking good..those are from my tank...the second last one down is actually babie yuma about half a inches... the main colonie look blue and purple,but my light is white more like 10k halide...that one been in a low light and flow area for two week..when first pick it up it has some red on it...

Unknown is definitely a fungia aka: plate coral. If it acts like ours it should be fine just about anywhere, just make sure it gets food fairly regularly.

How much was the top Yuma?
I have one Identical to it..
I know it looks different in my pic but that's because of my crappy camera. IRL it looks just like yours

I also I have VERY similar Plate Coral

Paid 35 for the top yuma. For some reason I cant resist Yuma's, they are just so cool.

I keep my Fungia on the sand which is where they need to go according to several reputable books. Mine is about 4" -5" when the flesh is contracted and 8-9" when fully expanded. I believe they have a problem with their flesh tearing when placed on the rocks.
