The 6215 includes 2 6200.500 magnet holders. There is no way the 6045 magnet holder can hold a wave box, you need two pairs of 6200.500 for that size tank. The box gets very bouyant when the pump empties it. The 6215 has a new pump which is much stronger as well. The LFS had a 6212 on there display and upgraded to the 6215 and the wave is much larger. The box is also a bit better built now. Unless the 6212 is less than $450, I would get the 6215, the magnets alone are $100.
