Hi guys,

I'm Catalin from Romania, and i would like to tell you my aquatic story.
I've started my first reek tank 3 years ago. My first tank was 125 gallons, 140x60x60 cm. I've kept this tank for two years anf four months. After that I've moved in to a new place, that called for a new tank. Let me show you the progress of my first tank:

I've started a bigger tank in may 2012 (170x70x70cm). Moving the animals from one place to another proved to be difficult. I've worked with my girlfriend 24h without sleep, and at the end the new reef was born. We've packed everything in bags and buckets, recreated the rockscape, moved the sand and 300l of the water from the old tank. A big rock had attached 3 big SPS and unfortunately didn't fit in any of our transport recipients, so i've decided to transport it out of water. Fortunately it was just a 15 minutes away, so nothing bad happened.

Now the new tank is ok.

Unfortunately, i've lost a few corals in the process of moving, but it was expected. I'm starting to populate with a few acros that are doing fine until now:

I will start upgrading the hardware, i already ordered two LED light fixtures from fish street, I will get them in november. I have a 5000 l/h Eheim recirculation pump that needs to be upgraded. The flow pumps are also on my upgrade list.
