200g flow question

I am setting up a 7x2x2 tank which will have a 4" or so sandbed (mostly Southdown) and some basic corals.
There will most likely be 2 3/4" Sea Swirls for sump return. I was thinking about putting these in the middle of the back wall firing at the front and sides of the tank.
I was wondering what combination of Wavemaker/6000-6100-7095 you would recommend for this setup.
Thanks in advance - I recently came across this forum on the boards. You really provide some incredible support answering all of these questions!

Mike, there are lots of similar setups proposed in this forum - make sure you have set your forum browsing to show threads from the last month or so.

Most people have been advocating dual 6100's at opposite ends for that length tank. Might have some sand swirling issues though. Could you provide more detail about the livestock you intend to keep? It will help specify the flow requirements of the biotope you will replicate!

Cheers,
Pete

Mike, sorry I missed your question, it wasn't intentional. Pete has the right answer though, 2 6100 and a 7095 for SPS and most Leathers. Maybe 2 6000 for a LPS or softie dominated tank and if you want anemones we may have to come up with something else.
