Amazing things are happening in our hobby. 5 years ago if I said there's the possibility of owning CB Peppermint angelfish, you would of thought I was on crack. But I definitely can see it in the not too distant future. :)

Wow :)
Captive breed clarion will soon be readily available
I did not know the peppermint will be one of them too

You have open your house for a day and charge admission for that:)

Why would you want two large aggressive holacanthus angels in your tank, regardless of their rarity or uniqueness? I'm just going on record.... :)

Well, I take it part of it back. You're right about the size. I think two of them will take too much space in my DT when they grown into adulthood.

There's a lfs up here that has an WC adult female their sps DT and its a model citizen. He's got about 3 or 4 other angels in there too and they all get along. I'm hoping a cb will be even tamer. I'm willing to at least try.

20 cm? I dunno... I remember seeing adults at the Monterey Bay aquarium many years ago and they looked bigger than that...

The biggest I heard of was in Michael W Scott's book angelfishes and butterflyfishes the reef fishes series
It was 23cm if I remember correct

Congratulations Wayne !!!

Another beauty! I hope the captive bred are friendlier than the wild ones. I've kept them before and if you thought the Gem and Interruptus were meanies you ain't seen nothing yet :)

I know you are busy with fish this week, but I came across an interesting coral you might like. Shoot me a PM if interested.
