really need some algae eaters....and i am seriously considering putting the fish back in....i dont want to because it will impact my fish choices in the future knowing that the ich is probably not gone....but i am having some serious algae growth....not that its all bad but there is a lot of broysis(spelling?). Maybe i should just put the small purple in for now? what do you guys think?

When I first setup my tank I also have to deal with the algae issue, so I try to find out 1) PO4 2) Nitrate. it turns out that my DI unit did not filter out Po4 and one of the rock I used from my old tank leached P04. so I remove that rock and test my water for PO4 before I make water change and top-off. good luck

What also help is I use BIO DIGEST and BIOPTIM to help speed up the bioload.
