someone was saying something about fish acting tense or something? idk what hes talking about, but my immediate conclusion was all those yellow tail damsels you have. they can cause alot of stress to other fish and eachother.
do you see the green star polyps with the red milli acro.....do you think they will start to kill that acro
First things first elegance. I read the begining of this forum and i thought it was funny at first how some ppl on RC was hating on you cuase u were "doing things too fast". Then after a few pages of reading I realized some ppl on RC are a real a@@. I skipped to the last few pages to see your tank maturing and looking fineeeee. You quiet the mob man! Your tank looks awesome! I like the magnetic frag plugs. where did you get them
Did the gsp's grow faster than the acro? Did it kill it? That does look really cool
i just checked my ph and alk and they are back down to 6alk and 7.8ph....i know my large clam is probably the alk consumer but would it affect ph also?
Yes, it could be. Low Alk can cause low pH. But it could also be high CO2 levels, or a few other things. If its high CO2 you can increase surface aggitation to help. Dripping kalk will help if its either of them.
The tank is looking much better! There have been quite a few changes since March. Can you give a rundown on your current fish. From the recent pictures it looks like you have quite a few less Chromis and Damsels. I would also like to see a current video to see how they are getting along. I love tangs and would like to see how the Purple, Powder Blue, Yellow, Hippo are all getting along.
I want to remove my colt coral but I am wondering if it will trigger a spike in my levels. Anyone have any experience with this?
