hope i didnt make a huge mistake tonight!

I have noticed lately that my flatworm population in my sump has been getting pretty large so i decided to remove my cheato which had hundreds of them on it and do a freshwater dip.
I beleive it killed everything in the macro but stupidly i put it back into my sump for a moment and then decided to remove it and just trash it.
Hardly any of the flatworms fell off the macro and thats what had me worries since i know they release harmfull chemicals so thats why i decided to just trash it all.
Hopefully all the chemicals stayed in the freshwater from the dip and rinsing i did but if not should i be worried?

I really want to get a Elegance Coral, any tips on how to keep one since yours is so nice.

IMO its all about the quality of the coral to start with, I would recommend buying one from divers den on liveaquaria. After that make sure you dont have any fish that sand sift. Find a nice lighted (MH)spot in the sand and then leave it!! I dont feed mine anything, just what it gets on its own from fish feedings. I have heard that you can spot feed them with good results but also have read you can overfeed them or kill them by feeding something to big. Good parameters!! Good water flow......
