210g Things with Stings tank.

Well, it finally starts we are turning this

Into this

Started peeling away some of the room and removing baseboards for the stand.

We got a very sexyful sliding chop saw... it was simply beautiful A 15 amp Reciprocating saw and a couple other cool toys. We were getting high fives from peeps leaving Home Depot...lol.


So the tank is going to be 84"L x 24"D x 24"H, 3/4" acrylic. 34" stand. The internal overflow will be in the back right corner in front of the little wall.

This will have all my mediun lions and scorps in there.... I can't wait.

I don't have any new ones *blush*.

But this is what we've been doing.....

It wasn't easy. They had wood covered by a metal sheet and then gobs of fiberglass on this ugly beast. It was not a standard hang so we had to pic it apart slowly.

I have the next seven days off, but first I have to learn how to use this

I hate reading instructions......

All the wood it cut and the wall around it has been sprayed with a moisture barrier.

I got a new toy to cut the wood. It was as exciting as getting a new special fish.

Ps: That is one gorgeous Lion. What camera did you use to take that picture?

I take really bad FTS, but this is the 65.

There's a bristletail filefish and a cockatoo waspfish....

A caribbaeus scorp.

Female fuzzy and a barberi lionfish.

Male fuzzy.

A trio of blotched anthias... they all look pretty much the same

A littoralis scorp.

There's more, but I don't wanna blindside ya with pics.
