Just found this post and everything looks great. Whats the shelving system your using in your fish room? is it one of those systems from HD or Lowes? Plastic/wood/composite? Im finishing off my fish room and im looking at shelving options. Thanks in advance.

Love Coral Corral btw...That display when you walked in is amazing

Great growth going on. You are obviously doing something right.

Thanks Dave, whats funny is that I've stoped testing my parameters anymore and have just gotten into more of a routine with water changes, bag removal and GFO/Carbon replacement.

Thanks, appreciate the feedback. The shelving system I used is the one from Sears in the hardware department. They tend to offer better bulk packages of the system. (4x4 packages) The material is a PVC type material and dosent warp or corrode around the salt water.

Lazy day, just some photos I took this afternoon and figured I would share. Getting some good growth lately. First time I tested the water in months and found ALK is running a little high today, but not to concerned as of yet. Will be keeping a closer eye on it depending my Coral Health.

Some more updates. Really excited to be going to the Fraq swap this weekend and will hopefully find some new additions. Any coral recommendations? Always looking for some suggestions. Been showing some really fast growth even since my last post. You can see some difference since my last post on the 10th.

In light of the Halloween season, I wanted to share a Tank video with my new friend, "Fred" I had made for an upcoming halloween party. He seems to like to mix his brew right of the aquarium. :)

Took some new shots today. (Front, Sides and Top Down) Really enjoying the new growth. Turned the Kelvin up for these shots. It seems to take much clearer pictures. Hope you enjoy.

Hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving. Made a very short video with the Iphone today of the right and left sides of the tank. Hoping to film this via GoPro by the end of the year. Anyways, hope you enjoy. (Best if viewed in HD)

Growth is great on your tank. I see you said you dont test your water, do you dose anything or use a calcium reactor? That really is some amazing growth on the tank. I need your secrets!!!

I have a similar size thank that I am in the process of setting up 5x2.5x2 ft.
I have 2 radion pros with 120 degree TIR kit.

I am thinking of adding T5 to get more spread and better colours.
How do you like the T5?

Thanks - I do test once and a while but not on a regular basis. I just try not to chase the numbers to much and be more consistant with my maintenance routine.

I think the T5's really help with an even spread of the light. Helps reduce some of the shadowing effect from the LEDs.

Just picked up a new GoPro 4 and tested it out tonight. However I dont think I quite figured out the settings yet so if anyone has used them before on a reef tank I am definatly open to some tips.

Was going through my tank photo archives. Its Interesting to see the growth and changes over the last 7 months. Particularly my Bali. Some corals I had to remove unfortunately or had traded.
