ok...everyone with the cheapy used tanks is forcing me to lower the price. im going to sell the tank with all plumbing, the new sequence dart, and the oceans motions 4 way for $1200. I will also consider parting out for the right price. There is a new thread with pics in the BST forum and on craigslist.

way OT ...but im also selling my 2005 suzuki hayabusa if anyone knows anyone interested.

heres a stupid question what cc is it? its a 1300 right? way to fast for me.... my ideal bike to get is a gsxr600 and if u cant tell i know literally nothing about bikes...

yeah...its a 1300....definitely not a good starter bike...not really a good bike for most people. with the exhaust and power commander it tops out at almost 230hp on a dyno with almost 100ftlbs of torque.

phew....jesus .....i think i broke a bone and got some rode rash on my elbows n hands thinking about it...best of luck in selling

230 on a dyno...no way. i thought these bikes dynoed at 165 hp. exhaust and a power commander aint gonna give you that much gain it dont matter what program is loaded in the pc. unless you overbore the bottom end but even that wont set you over 200 hp. but anyways how many miles on bike and how much are you asking?

obviously your not a bike mechanic. im not either...but ive been riding for 15yrs...and the obvious flaw in your comment is this. hp where? i didnt say if it was at the rear tire or the crank. on a dyno...it will give you both...my bike is geared down....and has a custom map for drag....the bike dynos at around 200 on the rear tire....and yes 230 at the crank..

you should get down to the track more before you say stupid things.

well i am a certifed mechanic and have been for quite some time and i have owned numerous bikes. and you quoted almost 230 on the dyno and said nothing about base horse power.who gets their vehicled dynoed and talks about base horsepower.and i know what the busa has at the crank which is almost 200 which when transfered through the driveline comes out to about 165ish at the rear wheel ON A DYNO. exhaust gives you no more than 10 hp at the rear wheel and a power commander wont give you much of anything unless you have seriously modified your bike which include cams overboring, turbo etc... otherwise the power commander is a waste of money. and you had different gearing.. let me guess you had one or two tooth down sprocket in the front or rear. which will definately not affect hp all it does is make your bike speed up faster at lower rpm's and you will lose top end speed. or if you get a bigger sprocket in the rear you will gain more speed at top end. so riding experience and going to the track does not make you know more about mechanics,if that was the case everyone who drove cars and bikes would know how to work on them , its called training and hands on experience both of which i have for more than 8 years. so lets just say i do know what i am talking about. im not trying to argue im just saying there is no way your bike had that much power from the parts you put on it.

remind me not to ever let you work on my bike...you have said some of the most ridiculous things ive read in a while...but since this is a reef fourm....i will let it drop and argue no more.
