3 Year Anniversary Pics

I liked the slimer, it balanced the blue stag on the Rt out IMO...I'm sure you'll have another colony grow in its place:lolspin:
I know. It was a hard decision to get rid of it but it was really overtaking that side of the tank. Several other colonies were suffering. Definitely happy with the new scape on that side though!

Mnay thanks Brickyardgreg, Toadally, dmorazan, DBarsotti, gasman059, syedjilani, borcu, Mark, BradR, silentscream, Paul, bolo7735, DARRYL, and Wayner2!

That birdsnest is out of control, you cant move it now!
I know....yesterday I gave it a big haircut and it barely made a dent :p

Looking Great! What happened to your islands? ;) Time for a bigger tank....

Thanks! Those islands are a distant memory! I have promised the wife I wouldn't get a bigger tank but you never know ;)
woww

you need to frag this corals

awesome reef !!!!

congrats
Many thanks. Some of those corals do spread rather quickly

 TOTM master!
I really do appreciate that!

Amazing tank! Well done! Love the corals. Great condition and great growth. Love the angels too. I can't stop looking at it.

What species are the thick branched blue acroporas, growing verticaly, Tortuosa's? Amazing colonies.

Is that a big Hammer colony amongst the SPS? If so does it not sting the SPS in any way? I can't help viewing the FTS over and over again .... :eek1:

Paul

its a awesome tank.

how do you get the great colours?
Thanks! It is a lot of things. I think my 400W Radiums have certainly helped and keeping stable parameters is also key. I also believe in high import/export and not starving the corals. This article has more info...

Many thanks! The two blue acros on the right are Orgeon Blue Torts as well as the one on the left above the hot pink stylo.

Thanks Paul. Yes that is a branching Hammer. My Orange digi has been stung but it really hasn't done any real damage to the other ones.

Tank looks great
Thanks man.

Tanks looks fantastic! I can't believe how packed your tank is. Don't know if we will be able to do any trading, looks like you are all filled up! :D

Wow, just wow...this is why we are all doing what we do, in the hopes that some day our tank will look like that!

Once again, one of the nicest tanks out there! Keep up the good work reefbum! Your SPS colors are just crazy!

I know I've asked you this in the past (I think early on when you first started this tank). Have you changed any maintenance of you sand bed? I believe you don't stir or vacuum it, correct? Any critters to turn it over? Also, is it still the same depth as before (1-2" if I can remember correctly).

Thanks and wonderful job!

Many thanks again everybody.

Thanks Joe. There is always room for more :fun2:

great as usual... is it a red table in the upper right corner? impressive color
Thanks! That is an ORA Red Planet. It grows like a weed for me :D

Your tank is amazing! Truly an inspiration for me.

What are you using for flow in the tank?
Thanks. As for flow, I'm using two Blueline 70s as my return pumps, two Tunze 6200s with a Tunze 7095 Multicontroler and one Ecotech Marine MP40.

Thanks! No maintenance on the sandbed, which is about 1-2". I do have a lot of critters though to stir things around.
