300 DT w/ 150 gallon Sump +

Thank You sandyland:) They would of been a nice addition for sure but I am setting up a turbulent flow tank so the many outlets are used to create that. They all need to high flow so they can be positioned to where there flow's cross and everywhere that happens is turbulence. This allows me to set up my aquascape with high flow turbulent areas and calmer areas using gate valves:)
OC 4 ways are nice, not sure what's up with them as a company these days?

Thanks for the quick response. I found the air valves that you attach the tubing to, but couldnt find the air injectors that you have on page two that are barbed. Looking forward to seeing your build complete as I will be starting my build here shortly.

That's funny it posted my original post comments above the question I was responding to about om (out of business) and now its gone lol..don't get me wrong love the dedication to detail ....please tell us about your patented diy though .....

Hi mrx66699,
My design patents are not for a DIY I hold the first US design patent for the REFUGIUM FILTER D414,242 both three and four chambers along with the rotating spray bar used as a wave maker and outlet for wet/drys and the first Refugium Back Pack Filter with skimming first design.
My refugium's came in second for aquarium product of the year at MACNA X first place went to a 3 gallon rotating aquarium.......what the _ _ _ _!lol Not long after MACNA I left the hobby for 12 years and started back about two years ago. I should of just taken a break looking back after five years of R&D, PROTOTYPES, SALES, AND TRADE SHOWS I was burned out and after MACNA I just lost energy:( But I am back ready to build things only a mother could love!

Wow nice are u coming to macna thus year ....its the anniversary....its being hosted by yours truly ....fmas we are going to be offering an event like never before hope to see you there ...

Thanks Glennf:)
Funny thing back in the day my refugium series was the DSR Refugium Filter. The DSR stood for Dinner Spinner Refugium it was used to help hobbiest understand kind of what a refugium did when most had never heard of one.

Thanks for stopping by!

Close:) I just finished plumbing a new coral farm here where I live so now back to my build. Thanks for stopping by Edgar!

Maybe pics of the coral farm, would love to see how you plumbed it? Love the innovative plumbing and spinning vortices etc , are you still going to use the smaller rotating one with the three yellow ( I don't know what those plastic pieces are called) with the small holes in them? great documentation of your build!

For sure I will let them clean up a bit as I am a neat freak and they were not:) I plumbed one of their 5' x 5' x 16" tanks with one of my large SPINNERS and two of my MO FLOWS being pushed by a Reeflo Dart Balder motor:)

A new Ocean Motion type product

A new Ocean Motion type product

OK call me Krazy but I am redoing the water return part of my build so manifold OUT and Flowwolf 2.0 1/6 flow diverter IN. With the 1/6 I will be able to control the flow to four MO FLOW'S and two SPINNER'S at the top of my 300. Leaving the bottom six outlet's for the close loop part of my build.
I will be ordering this week as they are having a 25% off and free shipping tomorrow thru Sunday:)
